One login, many applications
Designing wireframes for a Single Sign On (SSO) feature that allows users to access multiple applications with one set of login credentials. The application allows creating roles for new users, and enables selecting user types and setting access permissions based on user type.
Application Directory
Each connected application in the SSO ecosystem, LOS, Salesforce CRM, LMS, Anchor, Borrower, Transaction Portal, Collections Monitor, Asset Hypothecation Manager, Lender Dashboard, Audit, Compliance, and Perfios, was given a consistent outline icon so users could scan and recognize applications quickly across every screen.
This Single Sign On solution comprises of the following screens:
Admins can select a user type, standard, billing, technical, or super user, set access permissions, and choose exactly which applications that user can reach, all from a single screen.
Beyond application level access, admins can drill into a single application, like Borrower, and toggle access to individual modules and features inside it: dashboard views, supply chain finance, accounts payable, payments, manage books, banking, and services.
